IPPT

Argh .... Should have been more consistant in my excercise. Started w/ alternating sets of 15 sit ups & 15 chin ups on the machine. It wasn't too bad. The killer was the run (more walk than run....) I feel like 100kg w/ legs as short as a dwarf hamster. Took me 40 mins to finish this 3.58km route.

Ok, minus the gym & minus the afternoon sun. Time taken = 35mins. Whao a 5 mins improvment! Not bad ah. (must console myself a bit lah) Still feels like hamster legs though....

Another round. The time is roughly about 35mins (no change). Legs feel longer. Heart rate more manageable. A little change in jog method. Ran in short burst. Fast slow fast repeat. . . . I dun think i'll be in time for the IPPT though. : (

On a lighter note, there seems to be more couples out there on a Fri night. (nope, no shaking bushes)

New time of 30mins. Improving. Getting nearer to close of window. Felt heavy today. Must be the Sakura buffet i had yesterday.... :P
