Psych-ing myself up for the upcomin CNY

5 days to CNY '08 !
Changes in this year....

1) My status has changed, i.e I have to give ang bao to kiddies.
2) I have to go to my parent's place to wish them happy new year (since i've moved out...)
3) Goodbye Kimiko's Sis & Porkfloss, welcome Marabelle.

Other than the above, everything seems same-o same-o.

I am not expecting much people to visit me this year so I have only got minimum CNY goodies. We could be a typical Kiasu Singaporean but I warned my wife we will just make ourselves fat eatin the leftovers.

Many people are real glad that this year, CNY comes with a free long wkend (Me included). Good thing payday is after CNY. Cos if I had the $$$, I might spend more.

Festive seasons are much duller once we grow up. To me, its just a time to meet my relatives. I dunno why but I miss them more as I grow. Hm.... Maybe cos we used to meet more when my grandma was still around. (She is the 1 i miss most)
