Went to the air show on Sunday. (IMO nothing much) The pics are on the left. Was on the bus back home when i noticed the tide was down. Decided to go comb the beach & see what i could find. (Only a handful of reefers i know of does this) Went down to my fav. spot & there was this kid shouting to his dad that he found a sea snake. His mum was holding him back. (Maybe he wants it as a pet) Anyway, he made me uneasy as i know it is highly venomous & if it gets you.... (I dun think you can make it to the nearest hospital in time) I walked wide away from that area & went about probing at the puddles. My intent was to get some shrimps to clean my tank's SB (sandbed, reefers term). Loads of the usual fiddler crabs & fat mudskippers. Was happy collecting the shrimps when I saw my fav. goby. My eyes widen & I skipped a heartbeat when i saw it. Took me a while chasing it round the puddle but it finally grew tired & allowed me to bring it home. The new fish is a bit shy. (the 1 at the back) Its considered rare alone the shores where i usually comb. The 1st time was when I saw the bigger 1 in the foreground. It was a good day as I caught a pipefish & 20+ glass shrimps.
